This section explains what data we process when you activate automatic renewal, why we keep it, and for how long. It supplements the site's general privacy policy and does not replace it.
1. Who is the data controller
The website tfiber.ro is operated by T-fiber Data SRL. The controller for your consent evidence is the company you contracted with — one of the partner companies, identified at checkout and named in the consent text you accept.That company's full identifying details are shown to you at checkout and in the consent text you accept.
Requests about consent evidence or about a specific debit are addressed to the company you hold the contract with, not to the website operator; we answer you through the same channels either way.
2. What we keep as evidence of your consent
We keep the exact text of your consent, the moment you accepted it, your IP address, and the device/browser used.
We do not keep your full card number: in our records the card appears only masked, together with its network and expiry month.
3. How long we keep this data
We keep this data for 5 years after the automatic-renewal mandate ends.
The period runs from the end of the mandate — cancellation, final suspension, or replacement by a new mandate — not from the date of each payment.
4. Why we keep this data
We keep it as proof of your authorization for automatic renewal, in case of a dispute or challenge.
Without that evidence we could not answer a payment disputed with your bank, which would disadvantage you as well.
