2. What this page covers
This page explains what we store on your device and which external services the site loads. For how we keep consent evidence for subscription auto-renewal, see the Privacy Policy.
3. What we use
Strictly necessary — active always, no consent
reCAPTCHA — Google
Protects the two forms from automated abuse. Loads on every page that has a form. Without it the forms cannot be submitted.
Stored: _GRECAPTCHA, set by google.com
tf_consent — us
Remembers the choice you make here.
Stored: Your browser's local storage, first party.
tfiber_session — us
Only in the payments portal, only after you log in. Keeps you logged in.
Stored: Cookie, first party, 24 hours.
Analytics — only with your consent
Google Analytics 4 (G-10BJPLM26R) — Google
Counts visits and shows us which pages are used, so we can improve the site. We never send your name, e-mail address or phone number to Google Analytics.
Stored: _ga, _ga_*; data kept 14 months.
Marketing — only with your consent
Meta Pixel (2313263149430657) — Meta
Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising — for example, how many people who saw an advert then checked availability.
Stored: _fbp and Meta's own cookies.
On request — loads only when you click
Google Maps — Google
The office map on the contact page. It is not loaded until you click it; until then nothing is requested from Google.
4. How long we keep this data
Your choice is kept until you change it, or until we update this policy — if we update it, we ask you again. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
5. Changing your mind
You can change what you accept at any time, from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent we stop loading that service. What has already been sent cannot be recalled retroactively; you can ask us to delete it by writing to us.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to us at office@tfiber.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
